For product videos again we accept all formats but if you are wanting to host the video on your Youtube channel then all you would need to supply is the video’s Youtube ID. This ID can be found in the URL of the Youtube video. In the example below the only thing that we would need to include your video as part of the product’s details is the ID “NrdVLf7aSF4”
If you have videos that are in a different format or would like us to manage your videos you can send them to us on a CD, DVD or we can do FTP (ours or yours) or include a URL for the video if it is located on your server. Please contact us if you need to access our FTP account.
