Submit STEM.org Product Details

The products.STEM.org website helps consumers discover officially certified STEM.org products—giving your products additional visibility and credibility. Submitting your items to this directory is a free service provided in partnership with STEM.org.

Please follow the steps below to submit your eligible products.

Step 1 – Download the Spreadsheet

Download and Complete the STEM.org Product Details Template:   Download the STEM.org Excel template file. 

Tip: If you already have a product spreadsheet, we may be able to work with your existing format—as long as it includes official STEM.org Product IDs.

We also accept product reports from ONIX, Shopify, Salsify, or other eCommerce platforms.

Step 2 – Upload Files

Upload Your Completed Files

Once your spreadsheet is complete, please upload your file and any related product images using the form below.

Alternatively, if your data and images are stored online (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), you may provide a shareable URL in the form instead. If access requires login credentials, please include them in the notes section.

Important: When submitting image files, please compress them into a single ZIP file before uploading.
